put your mouse over them and it'll explain it. They're jump arrows. They'll jump you to the top or bottom of a page. =P

i'll make the arrows smaller. as for the layout, i could change the color of the glass but that's all i'm willing to do. everyone else seems to like the red though. if i get rid of the lines it gets too confusing because of the button locations. that's just the style of the board...what do you expect for free (that's why we have those stupid adverts on top)
